International Conference 'PIEZO 2011-Electroceramics for End-Users VI'

The forthcoming Electroceramics for End-users VI (Piezo 2011) conference is the next scientific event in the series of conferences dedicated to advances in electroactive, particularly piezoceramic, materials and devices. Established by the POLECER Thematic Network, it was continued by the MIND Network of Excellence, now the Piezoinstitute AISBL.
Following the tradition of these conferences of combining science, networking between academia and industry and enjoying the beautiful mountains, Piezo 2011 conference will take place in Sestriere, Piedmont, (northern Italy), the location of Turin 2006 Winter Olympic Games. This event is organized in cooperation with ATA Associazione Tecnica dell'Automobile
Piezo 2011 will continue its well established traditions of presenting the latest piezoelectric and multifunctional materials, technologies and devices research and development and of bringing together the international community within the field for discussion and networking.
There will be seven oral sessions, each with an invited keynote presentation. The oral sessions will be accompanied by posters sessions, offering additional opportunity for discussions with the authors and networking.
Tutorials, conducted by international experts are also planned. They will provide unique insights for researchers and those interested in broadening their skills.
