Formula SAE Italy is a competition that challenges teams of university undergraduate and graduate students to conceive,  design,  fabricate and compete with small, formula style,  autocross racing cars.  It encourages them in their creativity attitudes, know-how and team spirit.

Following the great success of the 2007 event, the fourth edition, organised by ATA, the Italian Automotive Technical Association, will take place again in the 

Ferrari Fiorano Racetrack on

September 20 - 22, 2008.
