Accommodation
CAMPING
A camping site will be available for the event, from Sept. 1st to Sept. 6th, 2011. It is located next to the circuit in Varano (Via Guglielmo Marconi nearby the football ground).
Interested teams should send ATA (formula.sae@ata.it) the camping booking form within March 7th, 2011.
Camping requests will be accepted in the order they will be received. The camping availability will be communicated to teams within April 11th, 2011.
The fee for 6 days is Euro 60,00/person VAT included.
Within June 20th, 2011 teams must send the confirmation form, together with the list of members and their passport/IC numbers and the evidence of payment.
We will accept single payment for each team.
The payment can be made by: bank transfer to A.T.A. srl c/o Banca Popolare di Novara, Sportello 093 Beinasco (TO) - Italy - Account No. 20407- IBAN: IT82 G 05608 30090 000000020407 - SWIFT code: NVRBIT-2N (Please write the team name and the ref. code 121 on the bank document).
HOTELS AND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS

They can offer you accommodation in triple rooms, sometimes in quadruple rooms and have restaurants which will serve dishes of the local cooking tradition. Special prices for half board accommodation can be agreed.
