How to Register

Registration will open on 1 April and close on 30 June 2009

 

REGISTRATION FEES

The electronic form for the Registration will be available only at the opening date at the count down end in the section "On line registration".

Registrations will be accepted in the order they will be received and the list of registered teams will be on line right after your forwarding.

Registration Fees are not refundable. After the deadline registration the Fee will be increase by 50% till 31, July. From 1, August to 28, August the registration Fee will be increase by 100%. After the 28 of August the Registration will be closed definitively.

PAYMENT

Registrations to the Formula EHI 2009 will be confirmed only when the due amount is paid by credit card or proof of bank transfer, certifying payment date and time, is shown.

You can choose to pay either:
- by credit card on line
or
- by bank transfer to Associazione Tecnica dell'Automobile c/o Banca Popolare di Novara, Orbassano (TO) - Italy - IBAN: IT 15 F 05608 30689 000000001000 - SWIFT code: NVRBIT 21126.

Please be sure to indicate on the bank transfer that the payment is for Formula EHI 2009, code 93.

ATA will issue an invoice to every registered team. VAT number is required only for European Community Countries.

MEMBERSHIP

Students, Team leaders and Faculty Advisor must be MEMBERS of their national referent Association or ATA Member. For example, Italian Teams must be associated to ATA, English to IMechE, etc. Proof of membership is requires while registering. In case of Teams coming from nations which don't have FISITA referent Association they can choose to subscribe either to ATA or SAE.

FURTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

Please take note that Faculty Advisors/Teams Leaders will be the only mail referents. They are the only ones allowed to send registration forms and any other technical document to ATA.
Within August 30th, 2009 the following document are required:

• Impact Attenuator Data*: July 20th
• Design Report & Design Specification Sheet: July 30th
